Grooveman Music Inc has created this privacy policy for your information and protection. Grooveman Music Inc is committed to protecting your privacy. We believe that electronic security and customer privacy is necessary and therefore only use the personal information you provide to create a more personalized experience for you, as outlined below.
Information: The information you provide during registration is used only to provide you personalized services. Account information that you supply will only be used to process requested transactions or to contact you regarding a particular transaction. Grooveman Music Inc may use purchasing information to generate aggregate reports to help determine how to improve our customers' experience. This data is anonymous and for internal purposes only. Grooveman Music Inc will not disclose customer information to any outside organizations without prior consent of the customer, but may disclose user information to government and/or third parties if there is reason to believe the user is violating the terms and conditions of our company, or where otherwise required by law or by legal process.
SECURITY
Grooveman Music Inc uses security measures in order to protect from the loss, misuse and alteration of information under our control. All orders are transmitted over secure internet connections using SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) encryption technology.
POLICY
Exchange requests on FULL-PRICED merchandise are accepted at Grooveman Music store only with the original receipt within 14 business days of receipt of purchase (please see instructions below). All merchandise should have their original tags still attached and shoul be in their original condition.
We DO NOT accept exchanges on CD Music.
EXCHANGES
In Store
Simply bring the invoice slip and credit card used when you placed the order to a sales associate . The sales associate will provide you with a written receipt of your exchanged item. The sales associate will charge your credit card for the new item and we will simply credit you for the original item. Your credit will be processed within 24 hours and will be reflected on your next credit card statement.
RETURNS
Grooveman Music will only issue Store Credit. We do not issue refunds.
PAYMENT METHODS & OPTIONS
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express credit cards.
For customer security all initial credit card purchases require a credit card authorization. Please download this PDF file (requires Adobe Acrobat Reader), print it, fill in the form, and then fax it to 305-675-0573.
Billing Addresses. We ONLY ship to verified credit card billing addresses. If you would like us to ship to an alternate address, such as your work , please contact your credit card issuing bank prior to ordering and add it as a secondary address. WE WON'T SHIP TO ANY ADDRESSES THAT CAN NOT BE VERIFIED. NO EXCEPTIONS !
SAFETY & SECURE ORDERING
Protecting your personal information is very important to us. In our shopping checkout process, we use a Secure Socket Layering (SSL), the industry-standard encryption technology that ensures the safety and security of your online order. When the letters "http" in the url change to "https," the "s" indicates you are in a secure area employing SSL; your browser may also give you a pop-up message that you're about to enter a secure area. In addition, you can identify the secure mode if you see either a solid key icon or a locked padlock icon at the lower portion of your browser window.
SHIPPING INFORMATION
Policies & Options
Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Orders received on week days after 12pm EST, or on weekend days or on holidays will begin processing the next business day. Shipping times may vary due to availability of merchandise.
At this time, we are unable to ship to international destinations, P.O. Boxes, APO addresses or US territories.
All packages are shipped via UPS within the United States and offering the following shipping options:
Ground (5 to 7 business days)

TRACKING YOUR ORDER
We will send you an email confirmation of your shipment wich will include your UPS tracking number.
